Choice of camera and lighting equipment

 3 point lighting 

we have chosen to use three point lighting because we were able to get good lighting and this creates a more interesting and more dynamic image where we can have the subject be shown with more dimension ad we haven ore control over the shadows we want to create if we need major or minor ones. 3 point lighting is also used to fill in light instead of just creating shadows, we made the light to be dimmer than the key light and we positioned it in a angle where it gives Selma some depth in some scenes. The reason why we chose 3 point lighting is because we wanted to give the shadows a bit more depth and makes it more sharper.

Choice of camera equipment 

For our film Hallucination we have chosen the Canon DSLR camera. The reason we have chosen this camera is because this is the camera that we have been advised to use for this task. We have chosen to use a tripod as we will need the camera to capture clips that are not shaky and so that it does not move.
